by the way; i had a chance to talk with dr. dean duncan- in your name, i asked him what his current and future status will be at byu, and though he spoke in very abstract terms, so much that i got a little lost, he will not be going anywhere anytime soon--you needn't worry. and he said that you can write him anytime [and i think he will actually respond].
again, it's baffling that the genesis of so many postings can be so lovely.
