I should fill you all in on one of my new favorite things. Anybody who prepares meals on a regular basis, for themselves and/or their families should check out
Meals Matter. Fabulous, well organized resource that not only helps me come up with ideas for dinner, but keeps track of nutrition, makes a grocery list for me, and helps me set and evaluate goals for both diet and exercise. And did I mention that it's WELL ORGANIZED and EASY TO USE!? Oh, and free.
