1. Yes, I really am carrying this baby that low. It feels about as comfortable as it looks.
2. Mr Renn made me take off my glasses for this photo. In real life I am only seen without them if you catch me before I shower in the morning. For most people it's the opposite; and the irony does not escape me.
3. I am finding myself stuck at the crossroads of not being able to fudge my way wearing regular tights and being too cheap to buy maternity tights (or thigh-highs) as I head into cold weather. (See #1, and imagine the implications).
4. I find it amusing that at this point with my last pregnancy I was asking Mr Renn to help propel me up hills and staircases. This pregnancy I am carrying Sir O up 3 flights of stairs regularly. Not because it's any more feasible, just because I don't have the option not to.
5. My brain is feeling fuzzy (possibly because I made it through 3 hours of church and only ate 1 granola bar), and so that's all I've got today. I'm going to go have some clam-less clam chowder, made by my sweet, seafood-hating husband. Ciao.

I discovered your blog, and it is much, much more intriguing than my own. You are very up to speed, and your blogging has a strong visual appeal. I am with you on not wanting to buy tights. I have to say that I protest most against buying a winter maternity coat. It's tightly zipped or unbuttoned at the bottom for me. Good thing for no freezing cold fronts yet...
i appreciate the irony that, in light of your comments about never being seen without your glasses, you are, indeed, un-bespectacled on the title-pic of your blog. it could be attributed to the f.b.s ("fuzzy brain syndrome"), but, all the same, i think you look very nice with your glasses.
and, to chime with the discoverer above, your blog is, indeed, intriguing and awesome.
go forth.
You look beautiful, bespectacled or no. That baby is really. So sorry.
I think you look amazing. LOL at the clamless clam Chowder. I am a seafood hater also..
I never tried this, but my mom suggested when you're pregnant just cut down the belly part. Like you're giving your nylons a c-section vertically.
I am sooo sorry!!! I feel your pain, Emily! Especially the 3 flights of stairs and a toddler to carry along, too. I have no words to help you, just know that I feel your pain!!! Good luck!
clamless clam chowder sounds good to me!
I have been there before but only one flight of stairs! You forgot to mention the LONG walk to and from the car in the freezing cold! You look beautiful through it all. Remember the Scribbit blog you told me about??? I just found out shes in my ward... CRAZY!
Contrary to your comments throughout this pregnancy, you seem to do preggo very well. I think I just started waddling. Isn't it too soon for that?!?
I stick with thigh highs...at least, until I can't bend over to put them on anymore.
Race you to the finish! ;)
You are such a beautiful pregnant lady! I carried Kinley VERY low, and it hurt to even walk across the room. It will all be over soon! Hang in there!
Funny, because in high school you were rarely seen WITH glasses! That's a super cute dress, and I don't have any idea how you manage with Sir O, I guess purely survival mode.
Sucky its so uncomfortable....but you sure do look cute =)
Emily you look so great!
