We spent a couple hours this afternoon delivering boxes.
Hopefully we'll finish by tomorrow.
Box idea was yoinked from
here.
But since I'm cheap.....
Waxed tissue from
fancy flours.
Pie boxes and Baker's twine from
here (because why pay$5 for 20-50 yds when you can get a 2lb cone for a few dollars more?)
and stickers from
etsy.

with all that work, i would hardly call you "cheap."
lucky, lucky neighbors...
You are too cute. Love tha idea. So I clicked on the link. Did you get the CAKE BOX 9x9x2.25 fo .44 cents each? I am looking into it. It may just be a cute idea for me and then it will pass. Who knows.
Yup, looks like they're called cake boxes now. When I bought them they were 38 cents, so I guess there's inflation in the cake box market.
Those are so fun! I bet your neighbors are loving them.
Umm, I love being your neighbor! Even if I live 20 minutes up the dreaded 422! I also love the box idea! So cute! I am way impressed, now I better get on the bandwagon and get my neighbor gifts out... what to do what to do?
Thanks a billion, ours is almost gone already!:)
I opened the door last night to this wonderful surprise! Everything looks so good. I love the box idea - very cute. My sister and I always loved the string from the bakery boxes - we used to play cat's in the cradle and other such games. We're so glad we're lucky enough to be your "neighbors" :) Thanks a bundle!
Oh my word you were busy!! they look great and I am sure the people that received them loved them. You are so sweet!!
Done? I still haven't started that part of Christmas. You have such lucky neighbors!
