Well we don't know if it's food poisoning or the flu.... but holy moly I feel like crappy crapness.
More violent vomiting you never did see, and it crept up on me in the night. If it is the flu is there any point in hoping Sir Oliver won't get it? He's supposed to get a flu shot tomorrow for crying out loud!
Okay, I'm going to go collapse somewhere and writhe.

Some kind of bug has hit my house too. Walker, Sophie, and Heidi have all been stricken this past week.
Luckily, I had my flu shot several months ago and have so far been able to fight it off.
