Well in that case, I simply must share my favorite Nigella recipe for Triple Chocolate Brownies because they are the ultimate chocolate- fix. And they are a snap to make. And they are the ultimate chocolate fix. Truly, they blow my mind (as anything with that much butter and that many eggs should...) And p.s. these brownies, unlike most things chocolatey and baked, are not best served fresh. Chill them thoroughly in the fridge for tastiest results....
Also you can ignore Nigella's ingredient snobbery and still come out on top. Words like "best-quality", "superfine",and "pure".... just use what you have and be thrilled with what you can make with it!
And how much must I love you all to be setting up a near-midnight brownie photo-shoot when I was up at 4:30 this morning (after getting to bed ridiculously late)??
The answer is a lot.

With three sticks of butter and 6 eggs it looks like we have ourselves a winner. That photo shoot turned out fantastic by the way. Well worth your lost sleep.
