Heavy day.
Mr Renn and I woke up to Oliver puking early this morning, and he still hasn't managed to keep anything down. This is my first genuine pukey mother experience, a baptism by fire.
How do you convince a Sir O that the best thing to do between nausea waves is to rest and generally hold still? Well, now he's napping, so here's hoping for improvement.
It's gloomy, rainy, dark, and generally "ick" at our house.
And that's without even thinking about all the extra laundry I'm going to have to do.
But my silver lining has been the mils..... pulling through for me on returning library books and having pedialite on hand.
There are definitely advantages to living in "the fishbowl". When you're a person like me, nice neighbors sure come in handy.

Oh I wish I could be there to help you! Sending get well wishes your way, and hopes of a relaxing holidau for the poor mom.
I hope he is back to his old self quickly!
I hope he feels better soon! Both of my kids just got over a nasty pukey virus this past week! We got our flu shots, but the doctor said a different virus is going around....So, why did we get flu shots if we are still going to get sick? Anyone??
I hope it passes quickly!:) Hugs!!!:)
Poor little Oliver. I wish there were a way to really communicate with them so they understand. It's so sad to see them sick.
I hope he gets over it quickly so you can have an enjoyable Thanksgiving.
