And he does this incredibly funny thing when I get him out of his car seat. He reaches for my face and wiggles his fingers like mad and laughs like it's the funniest thing he's ever seen. All unprovoked.
He's actually expressed some real interest in using some of the sign language we've been trying to teach him for a year. "More" he has down pat. "Please" he has morphed into a pat on his belly. "Sleep" he just runs a hand down the side of his head and then lays his head down on the nearest surface. "Baby" he hugs himself and rocks back and forth. He can do "ball" no problem if he can remember that it's different from "more" and his "bath" looks a lot like his "please", but with both hands. It is so much fun watching him learn!

That's so awesome! Do you just teach him yourself? Where did you learn it? I've been wanting to teach Peanut some, but all I know is "Milk" and "More" and she just looks at me like I'm nuts. I'd like to do it more, though. Any suggestions?
I love the picture of him, he is such a handsome kid. I also was wondering where you learned the sign language, I'd like to do the same thing with our little one.
I checked out the sign with your baby kit by Joseph Garcia while I was still pregnant, but what's really peaked Oliver's interest is the Baby Einstein "Baby's First Signs" DVD.
hes so cute! Im excited to see him use his sign language. Cant wait for him and Cole to play again soon!
