All quiet on the Eastern Front

(23 1/2 weeks)

Nothing much to report around these parts. Sir O is having issues with throwing things at people, and biting me but I don't want to dwell on that.

I have fallen in love with a new cookie recipe. (I did try the much-talked-about NY Times cookie recipe, and it's awesome, but I just can't handle the 36 hour wait. I guess I'm an instant gratification kind of girl when it comes to cookies.) If you're trying to eat healthy, don't come to my house. Then again, there is whole wheat in there. Hmmmm......

The weather has been lovely lately. Autumn in PA is gorgeous (if short) and I'm starting to feel excited for it. Can I manage to take advantage of the loveliness despite my low energy levels and tendency to stress out? I really want to try. There are festivals galore and many a scenic drive to be taken (if we can push gas prices from our minds for long enough). And Otts has their mum mountain (hill) planted. Soon it will look like this: (image from here)

Oh look at that adorable little baby bump. I am excited for the fall colors this year too, and will have to swing by otts when the mums are in full bloom.

Your baby bump is so cute! I'm jealous of the things you get to experience there, that mum mountain looks amazing! Your blog always gets me itching to travel. Ah, someday.
