It was either my best or worst idea ever to start reading Roald Dahl's Matilda to the boys right before school started. They will either think they are lucky for having such nice teachers, or get caught leaving thumbtacks on their teacher's chair. So far they think it's the funniest thing they've ever read.

I've been determined to maintain a good habit and attend a 6am exercise class 2-3 times each week. This is good, but being perpetually sore and sleepy is not convenient when one is trying to pack like mad.
But hey - thanks to 6am workouts, I was able to jog alongside the Captain on his scooter to his first day of kindergarten without being the least bit winded. So there's a perk.
The house we are moving into has a dire lack of dedicated storage. We have plans to build more in, but won't get much of that done before we move. I have no idea how its going to work out, but I have visions of shuffling around towers of boxes for months on end.
There is also a nearly-literal mountain of landscaping to be done. Luckily my cousin is a trained landscape architect and is sharing her knowledge and skills with me as best she can.

We are going to be very busy for a very long time.
