hush, hush, whisper who dares

Sir Oliver slept in very late this morning. (Almost 10 am in Utah which is nearly noon in PA). I'm assuming this is because I kept him up way too late last night. I drove down to a get together for a bunch of my college friends in Provo. ( I was there by 5 and the party didn't actually start until 8:30 - whoops). It was fantastic seeing everybody and catching up a bit. I wish I could have stayed later but it was snowing and I had over an hour's drive to get back to my parents. Sir Oliver was a doll and a charmer at the party, but he screamed the entire white-knuckle drive back. Screaming baby+snowy road conditions+nearly 90 minute drive=rough spot in my life.
I wish I could spend more time with intelligent, amiable adults. It's quite refreshing in a "wow, my brain is kind of rusty, but it still works" kind of way.

Look at those darling eyelashes and sweet little bow lips. Love it! Isn't it nice to talk to adults again? :)

Don't you just love watching them sleep!? Caden took an hour and a half nap today and I took about an hour one while he slept. He usually never sleeps that long, so it was nice. Your little guy is so cute! Hopefully I will be able to see you on Wednesday!:)
