Mr Renn and I decided to walk a 4+ mile nature trail near our house today...in 80+ degree weather and high humidity. The first half of the trail was nice and shady. The second half, not so much. I'm glad we got some exercise in today, but I think perhaps we were crazy. Here's a few photos from the first half of the walk. You know, the part where we were thinking "oh, how easy! oh, how pleasant! Why don't we do this more often?!"

Hey Em, I'm glad you "enjoyed" your nature walk... do you think you will be doing any nature walks this summer back in Utah? ie. are you guys coming back to visit at all? Josh and I were just wondering...ok, hoping :)
Yup, we'll be utah-ing for most of July. Have Josh call Renn (our trip scheduler) and they can work out something fun.
I love how good you are at capturing Sir O's cute little faces. He's quite the photogenic little beast isn't he?
Sam, the secret is sheer volume. If you take several hundred photos, one or two of them is bound to be passable.
I have plenty of un-photogenic photos, and I keep them all! Poor kid is going to think I did nothing but follow him around with a camera when he was a baby, and he'll be half right!
Em, I do the same thing--take tons and tons of pictures and here they sit piling up on the computer. Maybe I should make wallpaper with all the unused pictures or something.
Sheer volume! Isn't that the truth?! Although I must say looking at your other pictures I must say you take beautiful pictures.
