I can't remember the last time I was so happy to see somebody walk in the door. Only Sir O seemed even happier than I did. Life is much better at our house with Mr Renn around. More gets accomplished, we are all nicer to one another, and we eat better.
In view of this, we did the rare and celebratory "going out to dinner". Sir O got to test drive a booster seat instead of a highchair, and I have to say he did pretty well. It might have helped that he had a great view of a huge TV. (can you tell from the picture?) Poor kid has inherited my inability to keep from getting sucked into a screen even if he has no comprehension of its contents.

Hurray for going-out! That is the best. Especially when you have a good reason for it, like you did. Congratulations on making it through the week, you and Sir O are alive. I hope Renn had a "nice" week.
I think Conrad inherited your TV-watching abilities, too.
Emily! It's Heather Rudd (Steineckert now). Found your blog. What has your husband been doing to be gone so often? My husband is also gone often. :( If you are ever bored, we should talk. Take care!
