Confession

I listened to Christmas music today.
But hey, when it's something as lovely as this it seems wrong to limit the listening to one month of the year.
Besides, I needed to get myself in a warm-fuzzy happy place. My new (not particularly friendly) downstairs neighbors have started smoking indoors and I'm all sorts of worked up over it.

But that's all I'm going to say about that. Back to the happy thoughts and Christmas music... la la la la I can't smell you.... la la la.

It almost works.

Christmas music already? I have a thing about not listening to it until Thanksgiving. Last year we started early and it burned us out. But whatever makes you happy! So sorry about the smokers downstairs. I've been there and it really is the worst, especially when you are pregnant. We should be able to breathe fresh air in our own homes! Grrr. Wish I had some tricks to help. I always turned the bathroom fan on when I could tell they were smoking. It seemed to help a little, but probably because they were smoking in their bathroom right underneath ours.

My family has so much Christmas music my mom starts listening to it the day after labor day. Gotta fit it all in, you know. I love Christmas music. And ick about your new neighbors.

I'm with Brittany and can't listen to it until the day after Thanksgiving. We have smokers in the twin home next to us, and it came through our swamp cooler during the summer. Not a fun smell. I was going to tell you about double strollers, and I LOVE mine! I have the Graco duo glide and love it. I use it all the time, and don't know what I would do without it. Tell Mr. Renn if he wants to go to the park or on a walk, or wherever else, trying to push a baby in a stroller, while trying to keep your toddler under control and from running away from you, then power to him! I personally like having both of my kids strapped into something, so I don't have to worry about running after them whenever we go somewhere.:)

Don't worry folks, this does not mean I'll be listening to Christmas music from now on. I just needed some TODAY.

i personally think that's wrong. halloween isn't even here yet, not to mention thanksgiving. once the pumpkin pie has been eaten, then, and only then, should the music come forth. and it should come forth in abundance.

but i appreciate your confession.

and i hope it alleviated the foul smells.

LOL Why not listen to christmas music now, the stores already have their Christmas sections being built.

Sorry about the smoke smell, that is the worst thing I remember about apratment living, the smoke smell, I always had neighbors that smoked no matter where I lived, even in utah, I could not escape it.

You know Cody and I we always get into the season a little sooner then most. Right now my car has a cd with just Christmas songs in it, and yes I"ve been playing it in sunny AZ already. I don't know what it is about Christmas, but I love it, so I get into it as soon as I can. Sorry about the smoker. I remember those days. It was so hard for me when I was prego, cuz the smell would make me sick and I would throw up. It's bad when your not prego, but when you are, it's even worse. I had Cody go up a few times and talk to are nice little friends, and ask them not too. Good luck.

Smoke, yuck. Our building always smells like it so I stock up on home spray from Pier 1 and just go crazy with it in the lobby and outside the doors of our worst offenders. It doesn't last long but it makes me feel better for a few hours.
