But first, Sir O survived another Dentist appointment, coming away 4 dinky plastic dinosaurs richer.

Potty training is going about like this..... his head was stuck and it took almost 15 minutes to get it off. I suppose this is the part where I quit and try again in a few months?

The Captain has sprouted some more teeth on the top. He likes to bite me with them. He also likes to chew on shoes... that can't be good.

AND.....
I have a huge wacko abscess on my chin. Whenever it gets bumped I am literally blinded by the pain. You wouldn't believe how high-traffic an area the chin of a mommy can be. Antibiotics don't seem to be helping.... I want to curl up in a ball and cry until it goes away. But instead of going away it keeps getting bigger and bigger and more painful. Wah.

Yeah, I thought you'd want to know......

Oh, egad!! The horrors! I hope it gets better soon- all of it. (potty training is going about like that at our house, too- and A is several months older than Sir O...)
Ouch!! That looks painful! I hope it can clear up soon. It must be miserable.
Wingnut is getting teeth now and I'm a little worried about what's ahead in the nursing department after my fun with Peanut.
You had better get a doctor's appointment and take care of yourself-Tomorrow would be good!
A HA HA HA. Sorry, I can't help but laugh! Your facial expression was just funny!
give up potty training for a while
flick that little baby's cheek (not hard) hard enough to startle him.
heat compresses. (that's just a guess. I did it with the last 3 stye's I've gotten in the last 3 months. so wierd.) I am soo sorry about the pain!!! I'm sure reading a book to your kids is off limits right now.
Is it MRSA? My friend and 2 of her kids had it. They had to go back and get some hard core antibiotics for it to clear up completely.
Hope your antibiotics start to kick in soon.
Ouch! Ashlyn is teething too, and she is always scooting after people trying to chew on their feet or shoes. Ick! Must be a baby thing, plus it's at eye level for them. Get well soon!
I hope you feel better! That does NOT look like fun! As for potty training, if he isn't interested, don't push it. He will eventually get it. I used to hate it when people told me that, but it's true. At least with my son.
It's apparent that you're taking your parenting responsibilities 'on the chin'. ;) Obviously very painful. :( Really hope you're on the mend by now.
