Preserves

Mr Renn has been in a canning frenzy lately, and it's been ridiculously fun.  I can never keep up with the man. In less than 24 hours he had our apple tree stripped of apples, and a counter-full of processed applesauce to show for it.  Also, we planted 2 rows of beans (plus our bean tent) just so we could make dilly beans this year.  We've been making weekly batches and it's just possible we will actually have enough on hand to get sick of the stuff.  Not likely, mind you, but possible.
